The focus of this first chat is to provide an opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have for me and to share what has brought you to therapy and what you would like to gain from the experience.
It is important for the work that you feel comfortable with your choice of therapist so this first connection may give you an idea of whether we feel like the right fit for your ongoing journey. After you have had a chance to reflect on this, I invite you to get back in touch and book a session or continue looking for someone that you feel may suit you better.
I currently have sessions available on my practice days on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
