Welcome to my website.
My name is Hayley Kilhams and I am a UKCP registered trainee Humanistic Psychotherapist in my fourth year of a MSc in Humanistic Psychotherapy at The Metanoia Institute in London.
As we navigate through life, there are times when we may feel stuck, overwhelmed or confused by our feelings or surrounding relationships. Perhaps you need space or time to talk about your present direction or past journey. I aim to offer a space where you can experience talking therapy that values your individual needs. Using a Humanistic approach, I work in a client-led way which seeks to understand who you are, what you feel you need and to work at a pace that suits you. I invite you to build a therapeutic relationship with me, working collaboratively to establish a connection that invites curiosity, support and gentle challenge where appropriate.
I love to work creatively and encourage this through my practice in experimenting with different ways to notice and explore feelings on a deeper level.
I am committed to providing anti-oppressive practice in my work and I strive to create a safe, inclusive space which provides honesty and understanding of intersectional identity.
