I have worked with clients for over three years and gained over 200 hours of client practice. Before embarking on my psychotherapy journey, I gained 20 years of experience working in both healthcare and charity sectors by working in various clinical roles for the NHS and within the specialty of Palliative Care. Although I am only able to offer therapy for adults, I have also worked with children in Palliative Care and explored themes of illness, dying and death to promote honesty and curiosity around subjects that can often be fearful to explore.
Since moving into Mental Health over the past 4 years, I have worked with Nurses and Midwives providing phone-based support at Nurse Lifeline. With The Metanoia Counselling and Psychotherapy Service in London and New Road Psychotherapy Clinic in Hove, I provided in-person therapy sessions. My last role before starting in private practice was in crisis prevention with MIND at The Staying Well Service.
